Logistics Coordinator

Location: Rugby

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and aligning Logistics processes and procedures throughout the Company to meet Group standards and ensure consistent Customer Service.

Key Duties

  • To review, monitor and audit all logistics processes
  • To coordinate the stock take within the business
  • Assist in the delivery and roll out of new logistics processes across the business
  • Implementation of initiatives from Logistics Excellence
  • Manage information and data between Logistics Excellence and Operations Managers, including key information
  • Internal ISO9001 Process Audits
  • Working closely with Operations Managers to ensure consistent, efficient and working practices

What you'll need


  • Experience in Logistics processes and procedures
  • Good administration skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

Other Criteria

  • Good level of Numeracy & Literacy
  • MS Office
  • Excel
  • PSD to advanced user stage (desirable)
