Receptionist & Administrator

Location: Glasgow

This position will be working as our front of house receptionist, with the responsibility for meeting and greeting all visitors, managing the switchboard and completing various administrative based tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy and varied administrative role previously, with the ability to prioritise duties and tasks effectively.

You will provide high levels of customer service, working closely with functional heads and managers to ensure consistent and efficient working practices.

Key Duties

  • Provide both internal and external customer service and support
  • Direct responsibility for the processing of customer orders
  • Communication of all key information across departments
  • All administrative tasks, including database housekeeping
  • Manage incoming correspondence, mails and telephone

What you'll need


  • Good knowledge of MS office (essential)
  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Previous front of house, reception experience
  • Ability to work calmly in a busy environment
  • NVQ in Business Administration (desirable)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels
  • Desire to drive continuous improvement

  • Excellent attention to detail
