Technical Specialist
Performance Measurement & Analytics

To assist and support PERI National Technical Manager by providing and managing performance measurement data and reporting capability.


Your Responsibilities

  • Understand the company Engineering Strategy
  • Support technical teams by providing efficient data management tools with consistent input measures
  • Develop real time performance measurement
  • Produce automated reporting tool dashboard
  • Ensure quality of technical reporting input data
  • Provide quality data to create insightful and actionable reports
  • Enable efficient forecasting and highlight workflow trends
  • Analyse existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations
  • Work closely with the National Technical Manager to ensure provision of accurate forecasts and reports
  • Develop relationships with Technical offices and managers to support efficient data management
  • Liaise with PERI GmbH departments regarding alignment with Group Directrives and Business Objects reporting
  • Co-operate with I.T. in development of automated time management and reporting processes

Your Profile

  • Develop relationships with Technical offices and managers to support efficient data management

Training

  • PC literate with excellent working knowledge and experience of MS office, Excel formulas, pivot charts and tables plus data management systems

Experience

  • Experience in data analysis or related field
  • Experience in methodologies and processes for managing data
  • Knowledge of cloud computing principles
