Business Process & Standardization Analyst*

What you'll do in a typical day

  • Develop and implement approaches to enable PERI USA to align business processes and procedures to a common standard
  • Establish frameworks to support integration and process standardization initiatives ensuring all stakeholders are involved
  • Identify and manage interdependencies between departmental process
  • Identify business process implications arising from day to day activities and/or PERI Global directives
  • Draft guidelines and procedures over various systems, business processes and end-to-end cycles
  • Prepare company for ISO 9001 certification and maintain ISO9001 procedures and maintenance

What you'll need to be successful

  • Desire to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing, results-driven environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in project management, process analysis and documentation plus Quality Management Systems
  • Ability to translate varied and complex information into and streamlined and coherent documents and procedures
  • A logical thinker with the ability to generate ideas, alternatives, and solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Visio
