Project Manager*

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a team of Design Engineers and Designers in daily operation
  • Provide most cost effective technical solutions to Sales Department and client
  • Participate in project related kick-off meetings
  • Prioritize projects taking into consideration assembly time, equipment sourcing and delivery time
  • Release (sign) GADs, BQs and statistical calculations, assembly and fabrication drawings before these documents leave the Engineering Department
  • Train team on the job, determine training requirements and request for training at the National Engineering Manager

Your profile

  • Preferably Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Working experience of at least 6- 10 years in project management/design of construction industry or related industry (preferably formwork industry)
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Result oriented personnel
  • Engineering background ideally formwork and/or scaffolding
  • Very good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
