Training and Development Manager*

Your responsibilities

  • Identify an assess the training needs of the organization and our employees
  • Develop learning programs
  • Manage training and development projects to aid planning, communication and expectation management within the business
  • Helps establish a "People excellence", based on mutual respect, promotion of company culture, continuous learning

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or relevant field
  • Three years of professional experience designing, developping, and managing online, blended or other technology-mediates instruction, materials and curriculum
  • A team player and an exceptional communicator that is able to interact and communicate effectively with people with different styles and perspectives
  • A learning and development fanatic
  • Ability to be hands-on in all aspects of the training and development department
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
