Location: Runcon to Widnes, United Kingdom

The bridge will be a six-lane toll bridge, 2.3km in length. The towers will rise from 80m to 125m in height


To ease current congestion to local commuters. Crane use limited on site.

Protection from high wind. Health & Safety issues met with platforms.

Unique use of SB Brace Frame as platform and then re-used for the pier tables

Due to crane restrictions on site, the ACS system uses hydraulics so crane time could be used elsewhere.

Regular weekly meetings on site with the contractors and a presentation in the Visitor centre which enabled the local people to understand the project.
