PERI supports the personal and professional development of every staff member. We provide a variety of seminars, training opportunities and workshops to help find the right development area for each individual.
The PERI Academy offers internal seminars for our staff members. In addition to offering software and language courses, we also provide seminars on topics such as interactivity and methodology. The interdisciplinary participation leads to lively discussions between staff members from different departments. With the seminar program continuously being developed and extended, feedback and requests from all of our staff members and supervisors is invaluable.
For specialist training in areas not covered by the PERI Academy, we assist staff members and supervisors in searching for and selecting the appropriate course for their personal development.
Qualifications at PERI.
PERI is dedicated to personal development for all of its employees. Whether it’s in the technical and engineering departments - where you can work towards an HNC or degree-level qualification - or the administration, sales and operation teams, we run courses and training programmes throughout the year to meet your individual needs and help you progress at PERI.
Alongside our comprehensive seminar program, our staff members also have the opportunity to take advantage of a secondment in our subsidiaries to gain intercultural knowledge. The tasks and projects in international teams can be for the duration of one project and can have the potential to lead to a full-time position.
