Our Commitment to Communities
Big Hike Challenge
PERI UK employees took on the Cancer Research Big Hike challenge, completing more than 26-mile routes in both Loch Lomond and the South Coast to raise funds for Cancer Research UK, the company’s chosen charity of the year. Teaming up with Cidon Construction, participants collectively raised over £10,800 for vital cancer research and support.
Christmas Jumper Day
Each year, PERI UK hosts a Christmas Jumper Day to raise funds for our nominated charities of the year. Employees across offices and sites take part, bringing the festive spirit while supporting important causes. This annual event not only raises vital funds but also brings teams together.
Food Banks
PERI UK offices actively support local food banks, collecting donations of food and essentials to help those in need within our communities. Through regular drives and employee participation, we offer support to families and individuals in need within the community.
Nominated Charities for 2026
Every year PERI employees vote for the charities they would like to support. This year our staff have chosen Prostate Cancer UK and the Alzheimer's Society. We're looking forward to another year of events to raise funds to support them both.
Supporting Employee Wellbeing
Wellbeing Team
PERI UK has a dedicated wellbeing team that organises initiatives and events throughout the year, including World Mental Health Day. They focus on promoting mental health awareness, reducing stress, and helping employees build healthier habits. From workshops and campaigns to practical resources, the team supports our people in maintaining wellbeing both on and off site, fostering a positive and balanced workplace culture.
The Big Team Challenge
We ended 2025 with a sense of movement and connection after staff participated in the Big Team Challenge. We had 68 members of staff take part, achieving a fantastic 16 million steps and 6 trees planted!

This 3-year accreditation demonstrates our investment in our employees and our commitment to fostering a positive company culture, where people are empowered to take initiative, make decisions, and lead key projects. We earned this accreditation thanks to our commitment to recognising and supporting our people — from our wellbeing and reward initiatives to our investment in development opportunities. Our culture of continuous improvement and innovation also played a key role.
Our wellbeing team is proud to support initiatives that make a real difference, both for our employees and the wider community. Whether it’s raising funds for vital charities, promoting mental health awareness, or encouraging healthier habits, our goal is to create opportunities for people to engage, connect, and feel supported.

As we look back on 2025, we’re proud of the ways we’ve made a difference, big and small — for our people, those in need, and the planet. But we’re not done yet.
