Our commitment to our customers is just as important to us today. That is why we wanted to conduct a Customer Experience survey to understand how we could improve the way we do business with our customers.
Equally important is the health and wellbeing of those we work with, both in our business and across our supply chain. Mental health is a serious issue that is deeply affecting our industry and we feel it needs to be made a priority.
We’re proud to support such a great cause and frequently partner up with our local charity, DRM, to raise awareness across our UK business and social platforms.
This is also the reason why we chose to associate our survey with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity and contribute to the great work they continue to do.
We encouraged as many customers as possible to take part in the survey, and pledged that we would donate an amount for every survey completed.
We’re delighted to have received a great response from our customers. As a result, we have donated £500 to the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity and would like to thank them for the hard work they do.
