Developed to meet the demands of bespoke and series door manufacturers, MARKSMAN combines fire performance with design flexibility. Designed for FD30 internal fire doors, the system enables the creation of compliant, high-quality doorsets without compromising on durability or efficiency.
Tested for Real-World Applications
The system accommodates a wide variety of construction methods and finishes thanks to rigorous testing, allowing the product to support arrissed door and frame edges, both engineered and natural timber lippings. MARKSMAN can also be used with clear unwired fire glass in vision panels, as well as fanlights and sidelights, supporting a wide range of applications across commercial, residential and fit-out projects.
Tested to both UK National BS 476-22 and European BS EN 1634-1 standards, MARKSMAN exceeded 30 minutes when tested both opening towards and away from the furnace in full doorsets.
Lightweight Fire Door Solutions
Weighing around 45kg per 915x2135x44 blank, MARKSMAN helps to improve tool longevity and reduce operative fatigue. The lower weight helps to support safer and more efficient working environments making it well-suited to projects where productivity and handling efficiency is critical.
The Sustainable Fire Door Blank
Not only does MARKSMAN deliver on durability and efficiency, but it also supports sustainable construction. The MARKSMAN fire door blank consists of timber sourced from responsibly managed forests and a high percentage of post-consumer recycled timber, granting it FSC® certification FSC-C015691.
