Quality: Plastform 333 MDO is manufactured using total quality control procedures and is tested to US product standard PS 1-95. Exterior in accordance with EN314-2 Class 3.
Endurance: Plastform 333 MDO uses a heavier weight of film than traditional panels (370gm/m2), giving a greater resistance and making it more durable on site.
Strength: Manufactured using an engineered mixture of wood species, it allows the highest design strength, rigidity and dimensional stability.
Durability: Plastform 333 MDO is manufactured using “Arclin 333” MDO and is factory coated with Nox-Crete(™) release agent. It gives greater chemical resistance than traditional MDO’s, increasing the number of uses.
Finish: The hardwood veneer beneath the surface provides a substrate with no telegraphing of wood grain or defects. Minimal core joints minimise core voids or overlaps, ensuring the most consistent finish to the concrete.
