THERMAN® Fire Door Blanks

Designed for stability, thermal efficiency and environmental responsibility
The THERMAN range of door blanks has been developed to deliver reliable fire performance and enhanced thermal efficiency for high-performance commercial and residential interiors. Certified to exceed 30 minutes fire resistance when tested to both UK National (BS 476-22) and European (BS EN 1634-1) standards, including testing in both opening directions. THERMAN supports safe and compliant door manufacture across a wide range of applications.

Suitable for both internal and external use, THERMAN door blanks are manufactured from FLEGT-licensed timber as standard, meeting the due diligence requirements of the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR) and UK Timber Regulations (UKTR) for added confidence in legal and responsible sourcing.

With a typical weight of around 25kg for a 915 × 2135 × 44mm blank (approximately 300kg/m³), the lightweight solid timber core helps improve tool longevity and reduce operative fatigue during processing, while extensive product testing confirms excellent thermal performance in line with Approved Document L requirements - all delivered at a competitive cost without compromising on quality or compliance.
