The Project
RCS supported the spider boom platform to facilitate concrete placement on the core
RCS solution reduced crane dependency which proved advantageous during windy weather conditions
With loadings of 40kN per leg, the spider boom required a robust solution
A metal plate was positioned at the bottom of the steel infills, enabling the weight to be transferred to the ACS anchor plates
The platform and inner formwork were lifted into position ready for the next concrete pour
