Infrastructure formwork for a driverless rail link service.
One of the three blocks, construction from one floor to the next, each floor measuring 1,400m2 took only eight days

Efficient formwork and falsework for one of Scotland’s busiest roads.
The museum shape symbolizes a traditional village hut, which gradually crumbles into dust. Numerous offsets and inclined surfaces characterize the complex structure. PERI engineers developed a customized formwork concept in order to carry out the project with a minimum quantity of special formwork.

Steel reinforcement ties the core together
Project-specific formwork ascends on MECD’s irregular-shaped cores.
The efficient PERI UP system is quick and easy to erect, and it provided safe access to the site.
PERI’s SKS single-sided climbing system, complete with a mixture of RUNDFLEX and TRIO shutters was used to form the concrete liner.
PERI UP Modular System Scaffolding was used for the external scaffold around the three digester tanks.

For these cores on the V&A Stratford project, we provided ‘up and over’ access using our PERI UP Flex scaffold so operatives could gain access from one side of the VARIO formwork shutter to the other. This was crucial as the final floor levels followed up behind the core and were not yet in place.
The A52 Clifton Bridge, a major National Highways upgrade project in Nottingham, is a complex structure, which required repairs inside and underneath the bridge to strengthen the concrete.
Combination of two climbing systems used as ACS required to raise all platforms simultaneously. ACS system pre-fabricated at the Rugby Depot due to site space constrictions
The Mersey Gateway is a cable-stayed bridge stretching over 2,000 m from Runcorn to Widnes
The drum formwork was integrated with heavy-duty trusses comprising RCS rail frames and heavy-duty rollers to facilitate movement.
The Tideway project will redirect sewage overspill from the most polluting overflow points via purpose-built shafts along the River Thames.

One of the most significant infrastructure projects ever undertaken in the UK, London’s Crossrail is a high-frequency, high-capacity service enabling faster travel across the capital.
The Werrington Grade Separation scheme will make way for a new diveunder railway line.

The Link, City Road
PERI UP Easy provides access on Blake Tower
Replacing the membrane was carried out during ongoing daily airport operations. Maximum safety was ensured through a large-area protective roof construction installed at the height of the forum area in addition to the safety netting underneath the scaffolded roof sections.
Located directly over the London Underground’s Metropolitan line and Crossrail line, One Liverpool Street is a 10-storey office and retail scheme funded by Aviva and TfL.
Bermondsey Drive Under
On the move in one of London Underground’s busiest stations.
PERI UP Flex is supporting the development of this mixed-use commercial project.
A huge birdcage scaffold on the basis of PERI UP Rosett provided safe access ways and working areas for subsequent site activities up to a height of nearly 80 m.
Scaffolding used on Payne Road.
Scaffolding installation is complete, which will enhance the council-owned estate's carbon-neutral credentials.
The 2.00 m wide shoring scaffold sections are connected longitudinally by means of heavy-duty spindles and push-pull props to form shoring towers.
